Industry Attendees Terms and Conditions:

All sales are final. There are no refunds, even if you are unable to attend.
Your badges will be waiting for you at the Registration Desk at the entrance to the show 30 minutes prior to Industry Attendee Hours. No badges will be mailed.
Industry Attendee times are for anyone part of the fiery foods and barbecue industry, retail buyers, industry buyers and culinary professionals. A business card and ID are required to pick up your badges.
If you are not a part of the fiery foods and barbecue industry, retail buyers, industry buyers and culinary professionals, you will be given a general admission ticket and will have to come back during general public hours. No exceptions.
Industry Attendee badges are good for ALL times and ALL days.
