Student Policies
1. Registration & Payment
Students must complete this registration form and submit the full class fee before the first class to reserve their seat.
Payment is made directly to TriCities.
Payment allows us to prepare:
Class materials
Handouts
Instructor planning
Class organization
Seats are limited and are reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.
No walk-in registrations unless space is available.
Class Fee: $30
2. Class Materials
Students will receive digital or printed class materials prepared by the instructor.
Materials are included with registration.
Students are encouraged to bring a notebook and practice outside of class.
Class materials are for enrolled students only and may not be copied or shared without permission.
3. Attendance & Missed Classes
Tuition is non-refundable after the first class begins.
Missed classes cannot be deducted from the class fee.
Students who miss a class may receive available handouts, notes, or homework.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
4. Class Expectations
Students are encouraged to:
Attend all six (6) sessions.
Participate in speaking activities.
Practice Tagalog outside of class.
Respect the instructor, classmates, and Filipino culture.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the class is canceled due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances, TriCities will notify students and provide a rescheduled class or another appropriate accommodation whenever possible.
Refunds for student withdrawals after registration are not guaranteed.
6. Photo & Media Release
This program celebrates and promotes the Filipino language and cultural heritage. Photos or screenshots taken during class may be used for educational or promotional purposes unless you notify us before the first class that you do not wish to be included.
