First Baptist Academy of Music is pleased to offer weekly music classes for our CDC prechool students at First Roanoke. These music classes are a fun way for your child to explore and enjoy music with his or her classmates. Children will participate in music classes twice a week over the course of the school year.

*Please note, submitting this form does not guarentee your child a spot in his or her class. Classes are filled upon order of registration, and you will recieve confirmation if your child has been placed in a class or on the waiting list.

Once your child is enrolled in the music classes, you will recieve a payment link to mkae your first tuition payment. Tuition payments can be made online, or by cash or check made payable to FBAOM. Please note that tuition is not prorated and online payments include a service fee. Cash and check payments do not include a service fee.

With my signature, I acknowledge that my child is currently enrolled in the CDC preschool program, and I agree that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the First Baptist Academy of Music registration for CDC music classes as stated above and on the FBAOM website. I also understand that late payments may cause my child to miss classes until the account is reconciled.
