  • NOTES:

    • A City of Casa Grande business license or temporary business license is required and can be found here:  https://casagrandeaz.gov/DocumentCenter/View/1320/Business-License-Application
    • Event date is Saturday March 21, 2026
    • Event times are 3pm - 9pm
    • Event location: Dave White Regional Park (2121 N Thornton Rd., Casa Grande AZ 85122)
    • Vendor setup time will be from 9am to 1:30pm. Be prepared to sell by 3pm!
    • Fire inspections will start taking place around 1:30pm. Be prepared to show your hood cleaning certificate which is req'd every six months per the Fire Inspector; they will be asking you for this. 
    • ALL tow vehicles will need to be removed from the event area by 2pm - No exceptions!
    • Breakdown: You cannot break down or pull your vehicle into the venue area until all pedestrial traffic has cleared the venue.
    • Please call or text Keith (520) 840-9154 or Eric (520) 450-5277 once at Venue for placement
    • Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges, no exceptions
    • You'll receive an email from keith.rea@five20events.com the week of the event with more details and a vendor load in map.
  • **PAYMENT INFORMATION**

    Once you complete the form, sign it and submit it you will receive a Thank You. Included in that Thank You will be a link to make the payment.

    • Vendor space will not be saved until full payment has been made, no exceptions. Please pay promptly to save your spot.
    • Once payment is made, you will receive an email, within 24 hours, from Five20 Events confirming your space.
