We’re here for tricks, treats, ridiculous trunks, and a wickedly good time — but with pets, people, and a parking lot full of decorated vehicles in the mix, we have a few ground rules to keep the haunt happy and safe. 🎃
  • 🎃 Trunk & Event Expectations

  • Decorate that trunk! Participating organizations are expected to bring a vehicle and decorate the trunk, hatch, or truck area. A small table may be placed directly at your vehicle.

Stay in your haunt. Tables, signs, games, decorations, and other materials must remain within your assigned area and may not block driving lanes, walkways, neighboring trunks, or emergency access.

Park it & haunt it. Once parked in your assigned location, your vehicle must remain parked until Five Beans Pet Care gives the all-clear for participant vehicles to move.

Keep the scares pet-friendly. No decorations or activities intended to suddenly startle animals, including lunging/jumping props, sudden movements, or excessively loud noises.

Watch those curious noses. Candy, food, electrical components, small decorations, cords, and other potential hazards should be kept reasonably out of reach of attending pets.

Ask before treating. Never feed an attending pet without permission from their handler. Ingredient information should be available for any pet treats distributed.

Leave no trace of the haunt. Keep your area clean throughout the event and completely clean it before leaving. Everything you bring must leave with you or be properly disposed of.

Furry coworkers count, too. Your organization is responsible for supervising and cleaning up after any animals you bring.

Follow event-day instructions. Participants must follow reasonable directions from Five Beans Pet Care regarding parking, setup, safety, cleanup, and event operations.
