We're so excited to have your pup join the pack! Each walk is a small, curated group to keep our walks safe, social, and super fun. Five Beans Pet Care will provide water, waste bags, and treats to make the experience a paw-sitive one!

Our walks for the week of April 12th-18th will be starting at Heren Park to help create a calm, focused environment.

Spots are limited and filled on a first-come basis.

Which Group Is Right for Your Pup?

Tiny Toe Beans
Best for small dogs who feel most comfortable with pups their own size and a lower-key group.

Big Beans
Best for medium to large dogs who enjoy walking with similarly sized friends and can handle a bit more “big dog energy.”

Golden Beans
Best for senior or slower-paced pups who prefer a relaxed, sniff-and-stroll style walk.

Program Overview

Five Beans Pet Care offers owner-led group walks designed to provide dogs and their humans with structured exercise, enrichment, socialization, and a positive outdoor experience. Group walks are intended to be enjoyable, low-pressure outings and are not a substitute for individualized pet care or formal training services.

Trainer Support

Some group walks may include a professional trainer joining us to help support safe and positive interactions. While we love when this added layer is available, trainer presence is not guaranteed for every walk. Group walks are focused on fun, socialization, and enrichment—not formal training sessions.

Participation Requirements

To participate, dogs must be generally dog- and people-friendly, able to safely walk in a group setting, and physically able to participate in moderate outdoor activity. Owners are responsible for honestly disclosing any behavioral concerns, leash reactivity, bite history, fear-based behavior, medical concerns, or limitations that may affect safe participation.

Vaccination & Health Requirements

All participating dogs must be current on rabies vaccination unless medically exempt with written veterinary documentation on file. Dogs showing signs of illness, injury, contagious conditions, or parasites may not participate. Five Beans Pet Care reserves the right to remove or decline any dog for health or safety concerns.

Owner Responsibility

Owners must remain present and responsible for their own dog during the group walk at all times. Owners are responsible for maintaining control of their dog, using appropriate handling equipment, and following all walk instructions and safety guidance provided by Five Beans Pet Care and affiliate trainers.

Equipment Requirements

All dogs must attend on a secure standard leash and properly fitted collar, harness, or approved walking equipment. No retractable leashes or equipment deemed unsafe for group participation may be used unless specifically approved in advance.

Safety & Removal Policy

For the safety of all participants, Five Beans Pet Care reserves the right to refuse participation, ask a participant to step away, or end a dog’s participation at any time if behavior, handling, health, or environmental conditions create an unsafe or disruptive situation. No refunds are guaranteed if removal is necessary for safety reasons.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Group walks take place outdoors and may be affected by weather, trail conditions, air quality, seasonal hazards, wildlife, or other environmental factors. Five Beans Pet Care may cancel, reschedule, shorten, or relocate a walk at its sole discretion for safety or comfort.

Assumption of Risk

By participating, the owner understands and accepts that participation in group dog activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to leash entanglement, minor injury, dog-to-dog tension, environmental hazards, slips/falls, or unpredictable behavior. Participation is voluntary and at the owner’s own risk.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Five Beans Pet Care, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and any participating support professionals from claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from participation in the group walk, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photos & Media

Five Beans Pet Care may take photos and/or videos during group walks for business, marketing, and social media use unless the owner requests otherwise in writing before participation.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

Space is limited and advanced booking/payment is be required to reserve a spot. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies are subject to Five Beans Pet Care’s current booking policies unless otherwise stated for a specific event or series.

Branding & Service Administration

All group walks are organized, administered, and booked through Five Beans Pet Care unless otherwise stated in writing. The presence of outside support professionals or collaborative partners does not transfer ownership, administration, or service responsibility away from Five Beans Pet Care.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Group Walk Agreement and understand that participation is subject to Five Beans Pet Care approval and safety expectations.

I agree that:

My dog will remain on leash at all times.
I will use a secure standard leash and properly fitted collar or harness.
Retractable/flexi leashes are not permitted.
I am solely responsible for physically handling and controlling my dog throughout the walk.
I am responsible for bringing any needed supplies for my dog unless otherwise noted.
I am responsible for cleaning up after my dog.
I understand that Five Beans Pet Care may provide structure, direction, and general guidance during the walk, but I remain the primary handler and decision-maker for my dog.
