Vendor Agreement – Duval Sistas 360 Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show
This agreement confirms your participation as a vendor at the Duval Sistas 360 Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show October 2026 (Actual Date & Location TBA) in Jacksonville, FL.
A table, tablecloth, and two chairs will be provided with your registration. Small business vendors may bring displays and stands; however, if you plan to bring an additional table, you must notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to create unique displays; however, loud music is prohibited.
Limited outlets are available for electronic equipment; please specify your electrical needs at the bottom of this agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits within an 8’ x 8’ display area. Larger displays must be approved by the event coordinator in advance.
Duval Sistas 360, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any accidents, injuries, losses, or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers, or patrons are on the premises or exposition floor. In addition, Duval Sistas 360, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects, outcomes, or impacts that vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds full responsibility and liability for their own products, services, and any associated outcomes.
Vendors may access the event space beginning at 11:00 a.m. The event concludes at 6:00 p.m., and vendors will have until 7:00 p.m. for breakdown and cleanup.
Participation in the Duval Sistas 360 Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show is voluntary, and vendors retain all rights to their products, services, and any payments they receive for them.
Important Notice:
Vendors understand and acknowledge that Duval Sistas 360, LLC does not guarantee sales outcomes, profit levels, or a specific number of event attendees. Vendors also understand that event marketing and promotion efforts are carried out in good faith, but final attendance and customer engagement are outside the organizer’s control.
Vendor fees must be paid in full before a vending space is reserved. All registration fees are non-refundable. Vendor space is pre-assigned by show management based on product type and event layout; vendors may submit requests for preferred placement, but final placement decisions are at the discretion of event organizers and are not guaranteed.
Payment may be made through PayPal or any major credit card.
In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, act of God, or other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the organizers’ control, the Duval Sistas 360 Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show will be rescheduled to a future date to be determined. If the event is canceled by Duval Sistas 360, LLC and not rescheduled, this contract becomes null and void, and vendors will receive a full refund.
Small business vendors are entitled to use the event name, likeness, and other approved promotional materials provided for the Duval Sistas 360 Breast Cancer Awareness Fashion Show.
