Come join us for an amazing night of fun and community held in one of the most beautiful and historic settings in all of Detroit! The night will start with an elegant cocktail hour filled with fantastic hors d'oeuvres followed by a buffet dinner offering an assortment of culinary delights. Enjoy a completely open bar filled with premium liquor, wine, and beer. Top off the night with a sweets table featuring french pastries and other assorted delicacies. Throughout the evening you will have the chance to win some incredible prizes in our silent and live auctions, as well as several fun and entertaining raffles.
When purchasing tickets, you have two options. You can either purchase individual tickets or you can purchase an entire table for 10. The only way to guarantee your seating arrangement with other attendees is to purchase an entire table. At the bottom of this form, you will have the option to list the attendees to be placed at the table.
We are offering several additional opportunities to contribute to the auction below.
1) Tuition Raffle - Buy tickets to be entered into a drawing for either a year's tuition at St. Patrick School or $4,000. The winner will be drawn at the auction.
2) Appreciate our Teachers Raffle - To show our appreciation for our amazing staff, we are giving every full-time school employee a complimentary ticket to the auction. To make the night even more special, you can buy an entry to win them a plus 1 ticket. It is $10 an entry and you can buy as many as you want. We will draw at least 2 staff names as winners (even more depending on how many tickets are purchased).
3) Donate Directly to the Playground- Since our ultimate goal is to raise money towards new playground equipment for the school, here is your chance!
