Doctor Who Society Signup

If you already use Rubric to manage other club memberships, or plan to in the future—all clubs at Flinders now manage membership through the platform—then you may wish to join the Flinders University Doctor Who Society directly through our Rubric page.

All Flinders clubs are currently migrating to Rubric. This Jotform will be retired by the start of May, 2026.

Your membership will be valid whether you choose to sign up via Jotform or Rubric. We are keeping this form as our publicly linked method (for now) as we are able to easily add notes explaining what is required for each field, such as clarifying that preferred names are accepted.
