We want to thank you for considering to be a part of our new store front in Lindsay, Ontario. Location: 168 Angeline St N.
We do not charge our vendors a monthly shelf fee. We now operate under a commission only based structure (we keep 25% of sales when a sale is made).
All items will be processed through our main register with payouts being to vendors end of month via EMT. Please note, you do not stay and sell the items yourselves. All products must be individually tagged with a price and your business name, if applicable. We are unable to sell any items without a price attached.
Your vendor membership includes:
* Daily/ hourly tidying of market space and stocking as needed
* All of your items will be listed on our website
* We will be open a minimum of 6 days a week
* We will charge the customer (not you, the vendor) a 13% service fee on top of all sales that Flourish will keep
Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed by us. Only accepted vendors will be emailed. Please do not email us to check up on your application. If your application was not accepted, you will be put on a waiting list. Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email from us.
We ask that you promote Flourish at least once a week on both Facebook and Instagram. Be sure to tag us as well. Businesses who are more hands on with promoting and regular inventory changes do better than businesses who do nothing. We are here to provide a retail platform for you to sell your products and to help as much as we can.
If you do not follow the rules stated, or if Flourish believes you are not a fit for our store, or if we so choose to for any reason, we (Flourish) reserves the right to rescind, refuse or cancel this agreement at any time. By electronically signing this document you agree to abide by our rules and regulations as set out in this document.
The spaces are already set up in with shelving (31.5"x15.7"). You will have to provide your own fixtures for displaying your items properly on the shelf provided.
If you live far away, you can drop your items off at the post office and have them shipped to us. We also suggest you make sure you track your items and get insurance on them. As we (Flourish), will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
