This is a behaviour & skills-based coaching program. It means you will have to check in with your coach regularly, either weekly or bi-weekly, to share your progress, struggles, and insights on your change journey. You will likely need to step outside of your comfort zone to try new things. You will also likely need to practice the same skills repeatedly and make them your priority. The application process has two parts: Filling out this form and getting on a call with me. There is no cost associated with either parts. This form is designed to provide you with an opportunity to reflect on your goals and what will help you achieve them. The call will allow us to get to know each other and see if we will be a good fit together. You are not committing to coaching by filling out this form. Getting on a call with me also does not mean you have to hire me as your coach. Are you committed to follow through with this two-part application process?*
