By submitting your music, you are giving FLOW MUSIC FESTIVAL and its direct partners within the festival non-exclusive rights to use submitted music in any fashion before, during and after the festival, with no limitations, and with the clear understanding that there will be no compensation paid by the fest to you for this usage. If selected, we will reserve your song a spot on the festival mixtape, which will be distributed by Sony, with the same permissions assumed in this agreement. Being selected does not constitute a deal or contract to promote, distribute, market or manage your music, does not obligate the festival in any way to the success of your music and does not bind the fest to you legally. You further acknowledge that this is an opportunity for you to have your music played in a different audience and there are no guarantees for future success by submitting to the festival. The FLOW Music Festival and its direct partners within the festival are not liable for any damages caused by your submission and you will defend the innocence of the festival in any legal situation that may occur in the future, and take full responsibility thereof for your submission.

3. Your artist name and track name must be on the actual MP3
4. Clear headshot or album cover
5. Provide your management contact information in the comment section
6. Performers must submit a SHOW MIX for consideration
