Uphaven coordinates free, non-emergency air and ground transportation for children and their families traveling to or from Milwaukee-area medical care.

If travel is difficult, stressful, or expensive, please use this form to get in touch.

We’ll review your situation together and let you know if we’re able to help.

Families we most often help.
- Children (18 or younger) and their families.
- Families receiving care at a Milwaukee-area healthcare facility.
- Families traveling roughly 2–8 hours by car.
If your situation is a little different, that’s okay – please still reach out.

Note: For first-time passengers, we kindly ask for about 5 business days’ notice when possible. This helps us coordinate with physicians and volunteer pilots. If your request is more urgent, we’ll do our best and communicate along the way.

Because we rely on volunteer pilots and small aircraft, all families must have a backup plan in case weather or availability prevents a flight. We’ll talk through this together.
