• GPS Rental/Mapping Registration & Agreement

  • Please carefully review and complete the information in this form.

    All participants will use this form to:

    • Submit participant information to Follow My Challenge USA
    • Hire rental GPS tracking device from Follow My Challenge USA OR
    • Submit your personally owned GPS Tracker (SPOT, Garmin InReach, or Zoleo) information to Follow My Challenge USA 
    • Complete all required information in the form and submit payment via PayPal (PayPal account is not required).  

    Additional Information:

    • Rental devices will be shipped directly to the event director and will be distributed at the event.  

    • Rental SPOT devices require four (4) - AAA Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. Each Participant that is renting a SPOT tracker IS REQUIRED to bring a set of batteries for their rental unit. From the SPOT website, a set of AAA lithium batteries will last approximately 4-6 days of continuous operation. Riders shall take this into account and pack the appropriate number of batteries or have a re-supply plan to last the duration of The Big Lonely. If the On/Off indicator light blinks red this is a warning your battery is about to die.

    • The return of the rental SPOT trackers back to Follow My Challenge USA is the responsibility of the event participants after the event. Rental SPOT trackers should be returned to Follow My Challenge USA.  A return address will be provided in the payment confirmation email and is also available on the Follow My Challenge USA website. Rental units should be mailed to Follow My Challenge USA within 48 hours of event completion.

    To find your IMEI:  (1) Hold the power button (located on the top of the device, next to the antenna) until the InReach screen turns on.  (2) Press the OK button to display the IMEI.  Note: The IMEI can also be found on the InReach under Main Menu > Setup > About This Device

    Zoleo users must also add Follow My Challenge as a data sharing partner.
