GPS Rental/Mapping Registration & Agreement

Thank you for choosing Follow My Challenge USA for your Tracking and Mapping needs!
Please carefully review and complete the information in this form.

All participants will use this form to:
- Submit participant information to Follow My Challenge USA
- Hire GPS rental device from Follow My Challenge USA (NOTE: only one device is needed per participant, pair, or team) OR
- Submit your personally owned GPS Tracker (SPOT or Garmin InReach) information to Follow My Challenge USA
- Complete all required information in the form and submit payment via PayPal (PayPal account is not required).
Additional Information:
- Rental trackers will be distributed at the event.
- The return of the rental trackers back to Follow My Challenge USA is the responsibility of the event participants after the event. For the Locomotion 600, rental trackers should be returned to the event promoter following your event. A return address will be provided in the payment confirmation email. Rental units should be mailed to event promoter within 48 hours of event completion if not returned at the event.

Participant Agreement

Please carefully read and acknowledge the below items.
I am responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the tracker rental up to the cost of the unit and service subscription. ($200 USD)I am responsible to promptly return the tracker rental to the event director or Follow My Challenge USA (within 48 hours of event completion).
Follow My Challenge USA is not responsible for incorrectly entered Emergency Contact information (above).
The data displayed from my Tracker and broadcast online to the live map are for entertainment purposes only, are not intended to ensure participant safety and may not represent your actual finishing time.
Submission and payment are completed via PayPal (account not required). You will receive a no reply confirmation e-mail from Follow My Challenge USA/Mt. Pleasant Velo events, LLC.
