Arrival/Setup from 8:30am
Vehicle Movement permitted until 10:30am - please enter via the Forest Road entrance and follow the instructions of our stewards to access your position.
Pack Down Vehicle Movement from 5:00pm/when the site is clear of public - please only move when instructed by our stewards.
All gazebos must be secured and made safe with weights and guy ropes as required.
We are not able to provide power or Wifi and petrol generators are not permitted on site. Permission is required from the council for any generator use, which we would liek to keep to a minimum.
If you are selling anything food related - Please ensure you adhere to the Council's Food Safety Checklist. All caterers at the Event must comply fully with the requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and any amendments thereto and comply with all instructions given by the Environmental Health Officer/OIC.
Stall holders must ensure their waste is separated correctly between General and Recycling, and collated and dipsosed of in the waste bins provided. Any waste left onsite will be subject to a £50 fine.
Once we have confirmed your stall and requirements can be accommodated, we will send a payment link for the booking fee to be paid by Monday 2nd November.
