The information provided in this form will be shared with Thames SPCA as they donate us the petfood.
Due to current high demand for our foodbank, we may not have food for cats & dogs in stock all the time. This form is to also be completed and submitted if you are applying for a food parcel and want food for your pets.
If you complete and submit this form, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible if we don't have food. Or contact us on 07 868 6274 or text / call 021 215 1154.
- Only whanau or individuals living in the Thames area are eligible for cat & dog food through Thames Foodbank.
- You must provide proof of ID and proof of your household current address (even if you have had a food parcel in the past).
- You must provide the names of your pets.
- Register using our online form (below) or text, phone. or drop into 305 Mary Street, Thames for further instructions. See a separate form for petfood application.
- Pick up only from 305 Mary Street, Thames - Foodbank hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 11:30am: we do not do deliveries.
REMINDER - YOU MUST Bring ID and a current proof of address.
There will be a time delay in receiving your parcel as we will review and approve your application.
