  • IMPORTANT:

    We're temporarily pausing direct shipments of food and drink items to Mexico due to customs restrictions.

    • Food & Drink: Ingredients can be sourced locally (e.g., Amazon Mexico), and we'll help coordinate.
    • Other Kits: Kits can still be shipped, excluding snacks. 

    We're working on improving our shipping process to provide a smoother experience.

  • Pricing & Fees:

    • What’s Included: Pricing covers materials, free domestic shipping (excluding AK, HI, PR), and all applicable taxes and fees. Host and instructor fees are included for events with 12+ guests/kits.
    • Small Group Fee: A $200 facilitation fee applies to groups of 1–11 guests/kits.
    • Event Credits: Non-refundable, valid for use within the same year.
    • Down Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $ 5 per kit is required to secure your event and will be applied to the total. Credit card required unless using PO + wire.
    • Payment Terms: A 4% fee applies to credit card payments (waived for wire). Full payment is due before the event; payments 3+ days late incur a 5% fee.
    • After-Hours: Events between 10 PM and 7 AM EST incur a $100 fee.
    • Auto-Gratuity: 15% applies to kits, upgrades, and add-ons (excluding shipping/import fees), billed on the second invoice.
    • Upgrades: Optional add-ons (e.g., shakers, aprons) starting at $10.
    • Sales Tax: Live virtual events are tax-exempt; kits-only orders are subject to sales tax.

    • Cancellation and Rescheduling Process
      To cancel or reschedule an event, contact experience@foodcraftnyc.com. Note that rescheduling is subject to host and instructor availability. Refunds are not available for shipped kits.

      Event Cancellations

      • 21 Business Days or More Before the Event: 100% refund; down payment refunded as credit.
      • 11 to 20 Business Days Before the Event: 50% partial refund.
      • Within 10 Business Days of the Event: No refund available.

      Event Rescheduling

      • 10 Business Days or More Before the Event: Free.
      • 6 to 10 Business Days Before the Event: $150 rescheduling fee.
      • 2 hours to 5 Business Days Before the Event: $300 rescheduling fee.
      • Emergency Rescheduling: In the case of valid emergencies, if both parties agree, rescheduling fees may be waived.

      No-Show Virtual Events

      If no guests attend, no refunds or rescheduling options are available. As a courtesy, our team will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time before concluding the live event.
