• This anonymous questionnaire will save you time by letting you know, based on your answers, if you will qualify to rent a home at Sundowner.

  • Do you have a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rental rate? (e.g. our lowest rental rate for a home is $650/month, so the minimum monthly gross income is $1,950)*
  • Can you verify your income (pay slips, pay stubs, offer letter, contract, etc.)?*
  • Can you verify your employment (a job offer letter on company letterhead is acceptable for new employment).*
  • Do you have at least 6 months of verifiable rental history where you paid on-time and complied with community rules and policies (or do you have good credit and proof of income or employment)?*
  • We check credit history for each applicant over the age of 18. Results are confidential. Will you allow us to run a credit check?*
  • Have you been evicted in the past?
  • Have you been convicted of any criminal offenses or do you have any charges pending against you for criminal offenses?
  • Do you have a current or pending bankruptcy or any unresolved/unpaid debts to a landlord?
  • Do you have a pet? (Although we love animals, the only pets we can allow in our rental mobile homes are fish - if your only pet is/are fish, select "No pets").*
  • Congratulations! Based on your responses, you're probably a great fit for the Sundowner Community.
