The application information is confidential and is intended for Mounthaven Christian Academy’s purposes only.
This form is an application for admission only. Once your application and all accompanying materials have been received, you will be contacted regarding a student/parent interview. The interview may be conducted remotely or in person. After the interview, Mounthaven Christian Academy may require additional testing and additional information from your student's current or former school(s).
Upon completion of the application process and Board of Trustees determination, you will be notified regarding acceptance.
If your student is accepted, an Acceptance Letter and Registration Materials will be sent to you with a submission deadline. Signed Registration Materials must be returned to the School with a non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $950.00. Once the signed Registration Materials and Enrollment Fee have been received, a space will be reserved for your student in the appropriate class.
Mounthaven Christian Academy reserves the right to withdraw acceptance or dismiss the applicant from school in the event that incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
