I/We authorize UID e.V. to collect payments from my/our account by direct debit. At the same time, I/we instruct my/our credit institution to honor the direct debits drawn on my/our account by UID e.V..

Notes:
I/We can demand reimbursement of the debited amount within eight weeks, beginning with the debit date. The conditions agreed with my/our credit institution apply.

Üyelikten çıkış, yazılı ve imzalı çıkış beyanı tarihinden itibaren bir ay sonra geçerli olabilmektedir. Adres ve hesap bilgilerindeki değişikliklerin en kısa sürede UID kurumuna bildirilmesi gerekmektedir.
Notes:
Withdrawal from the association will only take effect one month from the date of the letter of termination. Changes regarding address or account data must be communicated to the association immediately.
