SET UP: Monday, OCTOBER 31st, 2022 7:30 am

EVENT: Monday, OCTOBER 31st, 2022 10AM - 7 PM

CLEAN UP: Monday, OCTOBER 31st, 2022 7 pm – 10 pm

Vendors (and assistants): are required to provide all necessary items (excluding table cloth/cover) to set up their booth/table.

They shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.

Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.

Vendors are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.

Vendors are required to have a *guarantor* with their contact details

NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL, OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

Buksade promotions and Anobb Global Ventures reserve the right to market you/your items before/during/after to include social media and photos (we use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our next event).

LIABILITY: Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of any lawful authority, agency, or government unity that apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place.

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage, or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event.

The Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Buksade Promotions and Anobb Global Ventures, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.

The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property.

The Vendor agrees that Buksade Promotions and Anobb Global Ventures, its volunteers, and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to the vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods, or other property. Buksade Promotions and Anobb Global Ventures, shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of the vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event.

The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buksade Promotions and Anobb Global Ventures representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.
