Flat Rate Pricing

We have a flat-rate labor model. All standard repairs are $60 to look at and an additional $60+cost of parts to repair. Once your machine has been looked at by a technician we contact you with a total quote and time frame to request approval to proceed.

Standard Check-In Fee
This goes towards your total cost of repair, and covers our time, labor and expertise if you decide not to proceed having the machine fixed. Most repairs are looked at within 2-3 business days of receiving it. Software repairs are typically completed within 3-5 business days, Hardware repairs are usually 3-10. The $60 goes toward the total cost of the repair, and is not the total amount owed at checkout.

Priority Service
Your machine will be looked at within a few hours of receiving it, and prioritized ahead of other repairs in the queue. The $100 goes toward the total cost of the repair, and is not the total amount owed at checkout.

Data Recovery
