We build an action plan for each family, but bed-sharing is against AAP guidelines for sleep safety. So while we respect this as a cultural and family lifestyle choice, the method has not been designed for people who want to continue bed-sharing. If you want to transition your child to their own bed, we’d be happy to provide guidance.
