  • How Our Program Works

    We'll Synchronize your medications deliveries to suit your convenience. 

    Depending on your refill schedule, we'll reach out to you twice a month or every 90 days. The first contact, via call or text, will occur around 7 days before your refill date to confirm any changes to your mail order package. The second contact will be from our delivery department to arrange payment and provide tracking information.

    Payment Options

    For your convenience, we can bill your credit or debit card once we confirm delivery for your shipment.

    Packaging

    We use temperature-controlled packaging for our refrigerated deliveries to ensure your items reach you on time and at the correct temperature. Before shipping any refrigerated packages, we'll need to confirm that someone will be available to receive the package promptly.
