Deeba Event's Pageant - Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 13 years at the time of registration.
Participants should be residents of Vancouver or its surrounding regions.
There are no nationality or citizenship restrictions.
Pregnancy does not affect eligibility for participation.
Marital status will not be considered in the selection process.
Individuals from the LGBTQ community are welcome to apply.
Participants should not have a criminal record or have served time in jail

2. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of $50 CAD is required to complete the initial registration process.
Note: Payment of the $50 registration fee does not guarantee selection to the next level of the pageant.

3. Contest Day Fee

If selected to advance beyond the first filter, participants must pay an additional $200 CAD to participate in the contest day.
The $200 contest day fee covers the cost of advertising and promoting each contestant.

4. Selection Process

Registration and payment of the $50 fee allow participants to be considered for the preliminary rounds of Deeba Event's Pageant.
Only 12 participants will be selected to advance to the next level based on the evaluation of applications, interviews, and other criteria determined by the organizing committee.
The selection process is at the sole discretion of Deeba Event's Pageant organizers, and their decision is final.

5. Refund Policy

Note: The $50 initial registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the selection outcome or any other circumstances.
Note: The $200 contest day fee is non-refundable once paid, as it covers the cost of advertising and promoting each contestant.

6. Image and Likeness Release

By participating in Deeba Event's Pageant, participants grant permission to use their name, likeness, and photographs for promotional purposes related to the pageant.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and respect throughout the registration and pageant process.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification.

8. Liability

Deeba Event's Pageant organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participants during the registration process or the pageant events.
Participants are responsible for their own actions and behavior during the events.

9. Agreement

By completing the registration form and paying the initial $50 registration fee, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Participants further agree to pay the additional $200 contest day fee if selected to advance to the next level.
