    Thank you for considering Restoration Fellowship Fire Kids Ministry’s VBS Camp 2025 for your child! Here's a quick breakdown of the participation agreement to help you understand what you're agreeing to when you register your camper:

    Participation & Safety
    - By enrolling, you're giving permission for your child to join in all camp activities.
    - Our team will take responsible steps to care for your child’s health and safety. In emergencies, we’ll try to contact you right away.
    - Please be aware: while we prioritize safety, camp activities can carry some risk of physical injury, and the ministry is not liable for injuries or damages that may occur.
    - Campers are expected to follow our rules and conduct standards. If a camper does not follow these, they may be asked to leave the camp.
    - We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

    Payment Policy
    - Camp fees must be paid in full by June 6th.
    - A camper's spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

    Refund & Cancellation Policy
    - Cancel 7 days before camp for a full refund.
    - Cancel at least 48 hours before for a partial refund.
    - No refunds if canceled less than 48 hours before camp starts, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

    Media Consent
    You’re giving us permission to take and use photos, videos, and recordings of your child during camp activities.

    Privacy Consent
    - We collect your child’s information to help us with registration, safety, and communication.
    - All information is securely stored and shared only with authorized staff or service providers when needed to support your child.
