We’re delighted to announce that our traditional ProjectKindness hampers have evolved into something even more meaningful — our new ‘Kindness Home Hampers’. 

From December 2025, every hamper will be delivered as a complete pack of essential household items, thoughtfully curated to support individuals and families as they settle into a new space or are in need of the household basics for their current home. 

Each pack includes an individualised bedding pack (single, double, or queen and pillows), paired with a full range of essential household items such as a toaster, kettle, towels, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, plates and bowls and utensils. 

Other than selecting the bedding size, the packs come made up and, to ensure fairness and consistency for all recipients, cannot be customised further. 

Each pack also includes a non-perishable food hamper and toiletries to offer immediate comfort and support during challenging times. 

Alongside our Home packs, ProjectKindness can also provide baby and infant clothing (sizes 0000–3) and children’s toys and books. 

Please ensure you select this option via the checklist and include the gender/s and age/s of the child or children so we can include suitable items.

Packs can be collected by health professionals or their clients from our Alexandria base at 602 Botany Road on Tuesdays at 11am, Thursdays at 4:30pm or at our fortnightly outreach programme in Waterloo (we will advise you of the next Outreach date).
