Terms & Conditions
It is deemed that you and your traveling companion(s) have read, understood and accepted the following terms & conditions. “The Travel Xperience Limited” will be referred to as “the company” in the terms that follow. The terms and conditions below apply to all customers who have engaged the services of the company pertaining to their travel needs, unless otherwise stated. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail. By booking a travel package with The Travel Xperience, you agree to these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between you (the client's name) and The Travel Xperience Limited. Services: The Travel Xperience acts as a facilitator for all travel bookings, including flights, visas, hotel/resorts reservations, chauffeur services, and travel insurance from third-party suppliers. Children: When travelling with children and infants, ensure they are up-to-date with necessary vaccines and important medications are packed. While filling out the forms, it is important to fill out the fields and notify in the “additional information field” if you have special requests, e.g., meals, bassinets, extra beds, etc. Please note that infants are kids below 2 years and children are from 2 to 17 years of age. Infants are provided bassinets for flights, while children will be required to pay for a flight seat. Children are the guardian's responsibilities, therefore the company will not be held responsible in case of mishap. Payment: All Payment Must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) as per the quoted price, with full payment required before the final confirmation of travel arrangements. Consultation: For Visas, a non-refundable deposit maybe required for consultation, depending on the country and purpose of travel. Booking & Cancellations: 1. Full-payment may be required for some hotels before confirmation of some hotels. 2. Hotel bookings canceled three days before arrival will be without charge, while cancellations within 48 hours will be charged. 3. All flight ticket cancellations, rerouting, and date changes come with a penalty according to the ticket/airline rules. 4. Cancellation for any travel package requires at least 1-week notice, with a penalty. 5. All refunds take a minimum of 14 business days. Force Majeure: The Travel Xperience is not liable for any cancellation or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest or airlines strikes. Passenger Responsibility: Travel Documents- 1. It is your (client) responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates and obtain any necessary visas or ticket authorization. 2. Health Requirements: Check and comply with any vaccination or health requirements for your destination. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events like medical emergencies or flight cancellations. Currency Fluctuation Prices are subject to change if services are not booked early based on the currency exchange rate fluctuations.
