Your signature indicates that you agree to abide by and obey all the provisions of the Bylaws and govern yourself and your guests accordingly. You are responsible for all dues associated with your membership. Appropriate payment for dues must be submitted with this application. Any member that conducts themselves in a nature that is not in line with the goals of the Club may have their membership terminated in the sole discretion of the Board and will NOT be refunded any paid dues. I release and discharge MHB of and from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, claims, causes of actions of any kind of nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to an event or any act or omission of the undersigned.
