RAMINFARD SCHOOL OF ARTS
TERMS & CONDITIONS | 2025 UPDATE
1. Class Scheduling
• Classes are offered throughout the week and must be scheduled via Calendly.
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a class.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be counted as sessions attended.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
• Refunds are not provided for any product or service we offer.
• Exchanges, such as lesson credits or premium supplies, may be granted at the sole discretion of the Raminfard School of Arts.
• Single and bulk-purchased classes must be used within 90 days of purchase, except where prohibited by law.
3. Subscription Billing and Usage
• A valid credit card is required for subscriptions. If the card becomes invalid, please update us promptly. Invalid cards may result in a late fee.
• Subscription fees are billed on the 1st of each month or quarter, depending on the subscription type.
• All classes must be used within the subscription period (monthly or quarterly). Unused classes do not roll over.
• To cancel or modify subscriptions, a written notice must be provided 30 days in advance via email at draminfard@gmail.com or text at (310) 869-4209.
• Subscriptions may be restarted or adjusted to a different plan at current rates; prior rates will not apply.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared unless explicitly permitted by the Raminfard School of Arts.
4. Additional Classes and Discounts
• Additional classes may be purchased during the subscription period at the discounted rate associated with the plan.
• Monthly subscribers receive a 10% discount on private classes, workshops, supplies, and camps.
5. Supplies and Private Classes
• Artwork and supplies storage is reserved for active students only.
• Canvases, drawings, or other supplies left at the studio for more than 90 days may be considered unclaimed and donated or discarded unless prior arrangements are made.
• Drawing supplies are included during group classes classes and paint kits are availalble for rent or purchase. Sample paint kits are included in private classes and camps.
• Additional terms and conditions regarding supplies and private classes can be found at www.raminfardart.com. By signing this form you are agreeing to those terms.
6. Minors in the Studio
• Students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the studio during lessons.
• If the parent or guardian leaves the studio, they assume full responsibility for the minor’s supervision and waive any claims against the Raminfard School of Arts, its owners, or affiliates, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Exposure to Artistic References
• The Raminfard School of Arts fosters a professional environment where students may study from artistic references, including photographs, paintings, or sculptures that depict the nude human form.
• These references are used solely for educational purposes to study anatomy, proportion, and form in art.
• By enrolling a minor, parents or guardians acknowledge and consent to exposure to such references in a supervised and educational setting.
• Parents or guardians with concerns or requests to opt out of specific materials must notify the Raminfard School of Arts in writing before classes begin.
8. Photo and Video Consent
• By enrolling, you consent to the Raminfard School of Arts capturing photos, videos, or other media of students and activities for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. This may include use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment or afterward.
9. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• This does not limit customers’ rights under California law to seek remedies in small claims court.
