Consent and Release Agreement
By signing below, I hereby grant Highland Creative (“Company”), its representatives, employees, contractors, agents, and clients the right to record, film, photograph, and capture my image, voice, likeness, and/or statements in video, photo, or audio format in connection with its marketing and commercial activities.
I understand and agree that:
- These recordings may be edited and used in whole or in part, in any media, now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to advertising, websites, print, digital platforms, and social media.
- I will not receive compensation or royalties for this use.
- The Company owns all rights, title, and interest in the recorded content.
- I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product or use in which my likeness appears.
This release is irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual.
