    Season 2026 is looking to be an exciting year for the Bears and we are excited to welcome existing and new members.

    The registration process has changed from previous years for the Bears.

    • Step 1 - Register with Playfootball and pay the Association fees on Playfootball.

      • Note done the players Name, Date of Birth and FFA Number to use on this form
    • Step 2 - Complete this form and Pay the Bears club fees with either Full Payment by Credit Card or Use After Pay to split the Payments over time.
      • We are unfortunately no longer offering payment plans through the club due to significant unpaid fees over the last 2 seasons as well as the massive effort required to administer the option.
    • After both registrations are received, in the following 7 days you will receive confirmation that your registration is complete and next steps.

    Our age groups range from U5 (players who are 4 years old on January 1st 2026 but will turn 5 by 31st December 2026) through to All Age Players.

    e,g, Selecting Under 10 if for players turning 10 in 2026, but is availble to players turning 9 in 2026 if they want to play up a year or play with an older sibling.

    These selections are not Final and are subject to availability. 

    For female players you can select girls only teams for ages up to 12 years, 13 and up are automatically fielded in all female teams.

  • Registration Discounts

    - Coaches receive $50 discount on Registration Fees (Limited to one coach per team)
    - Assistant Coaches receive $25 discount on Registration Fees (Limited to one assistant coach per team)
    - Managers receive $25 discount on Registration Fees (Limited to one manager per team)
    - Committee Volunteers receive 50% discount on Club Fees of Registration.

    If you are not a volunteer at time of Registration, please pay the full registration and you will reimbursed when allocated to a team or the committee.

  • Payment Plan - The Bears have selected AfterPay for payment plans for 2026 due to the significant amount of unpaid fees over the last 2 years.
