Affiliate Referral Agreement – A Day Away Adventure LLC By submitting this form, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms with A Day Away Adventure LLC (“Operator”):

Program Overview: Affiliate agrees to promote Operator’s tours using a unique referral link and/or QR code provided after signup.

Commission: Affiliate will earn 15% commission on the total value of completed bookings made through their unique referral link.

Tracking & Attribution: Only bookings made through the assigned referral link or QR code are eligible for commission.

Payments: Commissions are paid monthly. Payments are made within 30 days after the end of each month. Only completed (non-refunded) bookings qualify.

Cancellations & Refunds: Refunded or canceled bookings are not eligible for commission.

Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliate agrees to: - Accurately represent the tours - Not make misleading claims - Not run paid advertisements using Operator’s brand name without permission

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

Independent Contractor: Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Operator.
