AUTHORIZATION TO USE A CREDIT CARD
Dr. Robichaud is now using a payment platform service called Payground. When you come into the office and want to pay with a credit card, we can now securely store that information off-site and keep it in file. This simplifies the checkout process at the front desk, as we no longer need to swipe your card. We will continue to send your claims into your insurance carrier for processing and payment. If there is a remainder balance you will have the option to pay your bill online, receive a paper billing statement or have us charge the card on file.
