Coming Back to Our Senses- a Sacred Trees Retreat- designed for active women in Midlife. This immersive experience blends movement, nature, meaningful conversation, and connection. Hosted by Anne Cochrane, founder of Sacred Trees Retreats, a therapist, lifelong cyclist, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for helping women reconnect with themselves during life's transitions. Selva Terra Retreat is an invitation to step away from the constant noise of everyday life and return to what truly nourishes you. Join every activity, skip a few, take a nap in a hammock, get a massage, spend an afternoon reading by the water, or linger over a cup of coffee with a new friend. There is no right way to do this retreat—it's your experience, your pace, your way.
Pricing:
Single Occupancy Casitas: $4200
Double Occupancy Casitas: $3500
5 person Beach House: $3200
What Is Included:
• All accommodations for the duration of the retreat.
• All meals (dietary needs accommodated with advance notice) including a daily smoothy and snack, and a selection of local wines and beers (premium alcohol beverages and cocktails available for purchase).
• All scheduled retreat programming, workshops, and group activities- including daily yoga, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing lessons, pottery, jungle hikes, incredible meals, and plenty of space to simply breathe, rest, and slow down. Everything is optional; nothing is required.
• Ground transportation between designated airport pick-up point and the retreat venue
• Use of shared retreat facilities and common spaces
What Is NOT Included
• International or domestic airfare to/from Panama and David Airport.
• Travel insurance (required — see Travel Insurance section below)
• Premium alcoholic beverages
• Personal items, medications, or health-related supplies
• Optional off-site excursions – scuba, spa treatments, or personal activities not part of the scheduled program
• Any costs arising from early or late departure or trip interruption
Please note: This retreat is located outside of the United States and may not meet U.S. ADA accessibility standards. If you have mobility concerns or require accommodations, please contact us in advance so we can discuss how best to support your participation.
Financial Requirements & Payment Timeline
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Pricing reflects international costs, vendor contracts, and currency exchange considerations.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $250 USD is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. However, if you cancel before your first payment is due, your deposit may be applied toward a future retreat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The $250 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds below apply only to participants whose retreat balance has been paid in full at the time of cancellation.

Important: Refunds, if applicable, will not exceed the amount recoverable after fixed, committed, or non-refundable expenses have been deducted — including but not limited to accommodations, vendor contracts, transportation, and administrative costs.
Cancellation by Anne Cochrane
If Anne Cochrane must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all amounts paid directly to us will be issued. Anne Cochrane is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other incidental travel-related expenses incurred by participants.
Travel Insurance (Required)
Travel insurance is required for all participants. Proof of coverage must be submitted before attending the retreat. Your policy should include, at minimum:
• Trip cancellation and interruption coverage
• Emergency medical coverage
• Medical evacuation coverage
Anne Cochrane and Sacred Trees Retreats are not responsible for any costs arising from trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other incidents not covered by your personal travel insurance policy.
Terms, Conditions & Participant Agreement
Nature of the Retreat — Not Therapy
While Anne Cochrane, MSW, LCSW is a licensed mental health practitioner, participation in this retreat does not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or healthcare services of any kind. This retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any physical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare services.
Participation in this retreat does not establish a clinician-client relationship. Legal rules governing healthcare confidentiality and privilege do not apply. Should you experience a condition requiring professional care, referral resources can be provided upon request.
Health & Medical Responsibility
By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have consulted or will consult a physician before participation and that you are voluntarily choosing to attend. You agree to disclose to us, in writing and in advance, any medical conditions, physical limitations, or other factors that may affect your ability to safely participate in retreat activities.
Participants may be excluded from activities if concealed health issues or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others. Removal under these circumstances does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Acceptance of Risk & Waiver of Liability
I voluntarily consent to my participation in the Sacred Trees Retreat and understand that physical and experiential activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, emotional distress, or in extreme cases, death. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess and prepare for these risks.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anne Cochrane and her affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from my participation in this retreat.
Privacy
We are committed to respecting participant privacy throughout the retreat. However, please be aware that legal rules of healthcare confidentiality do not apply, as participation does not establish a clinical relationship.
Photography & Video Consent
By signing this document, I authorize Anne Cochrane to make photographic and/or video recordings of my participation in the retreat for use in marketing, advertising, and educational materials. This consent may be revoked in writing at any time by emailing anne@sacredtreesretreats.com.
Intellectual Property
All retreat materials, content, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Anne Cochrane. Participants may not record, redistribute, resell, or otherwise misuse retreat materials or content without prior written consent.
Solicitation Policy
No solicitation or self-promotion is permitted during the retreat unless explicitly approved in advance by Anne Cochrane.
Grievances
Any grievances must be submitted in writing to anne@sacredtreesretreats.com and will be addressed within 5–10 business days.

By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms, conditions, financial obligations, cancellation policies, and participation requirements outlined above.
