Preparation fees are solely for tax preparation and are not contignent on receiving an anticipated refud.  If you are aware of any such debt, you must pay tax preparation fees upfront. FAS-TAX or an authorized instutuion representing FAS-TAX reserves the right to automatically debit the  preparation fees, if not paid in accordance to this agrrement.

*For any reason, if an amendment has to be filed with no fault of the tax preparer, an upfront fee of $150.00 is required! Please view your tax return, which is emailed to you and in your client portal. Any copy after the first copy is a  processing fee of $20.00.
