Custom Cookie Request

Hi! Thank you for your interest in my custom sugar cookies! They will be a sweet addition to all of your events.

Please ensure to read carefully and fill out all required information. After submitting this form, I will contact you via email within 2 days to discuss any further details. All confirmations will be made via email so please check you junk mail if you haven't received anything. If your date is not available, please DO NOT select a different date. Please send an email inquiry for your specific date. Please note, any orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance may incur a rush order fee.

Once request has been finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you with your final total. Full payment MUST be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Once payment is received, your order will then be confirmed. Payments can be made to forsweetssakewpg@gmail.com. If payment has not been received, your order will be cancelled. Please note due to the handcrafted nature, payment is non-refundable.

All orders will be available for pick up in the Polo Park area. If pickup location and time does not work for you, please send an email to discuss other options. Pick up address will provided 2 days prior to pick up date.
