Tournament Registration Form

Welcome to the Foster Love Fall Classic Pickleball Tournament! We’re excited to bring our community together for a fun day of competition while making a meaningful impact.

All proceeds from this event will directly benefit foster children and caregivers in Bell and Coryell counties. Through our 25 in 25 initiative, we are working to recruit and equip 25 new foster families in 2025, but many potential families face challenges in getting licensed due to the cost of required safety items. Your registration helps us purchase these essential items, ensuring more children have safe, loving homes.

We’ve included a list below of the items we’ll be collecting, and there will also be a donation bin at the tournament if you’d like to bring contributions.

Here are the safety items your support will help provide for foster families:

• 5 lb. fire extinguisher
• Combination Lock Box - 10 x 7.25 x 7.75 Inch
• Outlet Covers
• Cable Gun Lock
• Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector
• Cabinet Door Latches
• Door Knob Covers

Tournament Details: 

• Each team must have 2 players 
• Teams can be made up of both men and women.
• $150 registration fee for each team due at time of registration.
• Registration includes: t-shirt, lunch, water stations, medal for top 3 teams and the joy of supporting foster children and the families who care for them.
• In the event of bad weather, the tournament will be moved to 11/22
• Register by 11/1/25 to receive a t-shirt. Late registrations are still welcome and will support a great cause!This will not be a DUPR reporting tournament.

• Based on registration, we anticipate having three divisions organized by self-identification.

Please provide each team member's information below:

I hereby agree that foster Love Bell County, UMHB and all venues, their officers, directors, members, shareholders, sponsors, managers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively "Released Parties") as well as the governing State Association shall not be liable for any injury or loss which myself or my child(ren) may sustain or suffer while participating in or attending this pickleball tournament. I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims whatsoever, without limitation on such indemnity. I understand that athletic trainers and medical personnel may or may not be present at the tournament site, and that should any child(ren) require medical attention, such personnel will be summoned by calling 911. Lastly, by signing this form, parents agree to: hold harmless, and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I, on behalf of my child and myself, have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign freely and voluntarily without any
inducement.
