Terms & Conditions:
Your session fee includes your 10 minute session, family portraits with & without Santa & Mrs. Claus, and online gallery of your images from which you can order your portrait package.
Session fees hold your spot and are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your session you will not be returned any pre-paid session fees.
You agree to respect the session start times. Late arrivals will result in shorter sessions.
It is understood that the raw digital files remain the property of Four Blessings Photography. Four Blessings Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display or other purposes. By signing this contract you warrant that you have the actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portraits. If you wish to have your portraits excluded from use on social media or for advertising please contact Four Blessings Photography at kristen@fourblessingsphoto.com with a written request of exclusion before your session date.
Taking screenshots and posting or printing non-purchased files is theft. Please do not steal files. Payment plans are available.
Should Four Blessings Photography not be able to photograph your session due to unforeseeable circumstances or reasons beyond her control, liability should be limited to a refund of all payments collected.
