    COMMUNITY-WIDE YARD SALE

  • I won't be selling but I can volunteer to help.

  • Two opportunities exist: Placing signs on local roads the Sunday the week before the sale or helping the day of. Please get in touch with details on what I can do.

  •  Details:

    • We have 28 signs going up and down the main roads leading to our community and smaller signs through-out the community saying "More this way." We are heavily promoting this event. We hope many of our homeowners and residents and residents will participate.
    • If you have room outside of your home, please set up in your driveway and on your lawn.
    • If a neighbor is not participating, ask if you can spread out to their driveway or lawn.
    • Try to have at least one family member or friend helping you to keep things moving along.
    • If you live in the Condos and have no room to set up tables, please plan on setting up at the clubhouse.
    • Unfortunately there are only a very few tables available and it will be first come, first served.
    • If you live in the Cottages, Villas or Townhomes, feel free to spread out on the grass of your common areas.
    • "No Parking on Grass" signs will go up throughout the community.

  • We are trying to identify local non-profits who might be happy to have items leftover that you would like to donate. If you would like to donate any of your worthy items that have not sold, please let us know below and we'll let you know the final arrangements.

  • One tip to having a successful sale... Make it fun!
    Have some music playing. Bake some cookies or have some
    cold water for folks if it's a hot day.
