    COMMUNITY-WIDE YARD SALE

    This is a community sale. We need everyone who can to help a little bit so we can have a successful event like last year. 

  • Will you be participating in the sale?*
  • I may or may not be selling but I can volunteer to help*

  • Three opportunities exist: Placing signs on local roads the Sunday before the sale, providing information or directing traffic, picking up (or arranging pick up) of donated items that afternoon for delivery to charitable organizations. We’ll be in touch shortly to discuss specific needs and how you might help.

  •  Details:

    • Sale will be heavily promoted via 30+ road signs, social media, and promo cards.

    • Easy to set up in your garage, driveway or grassy areas.

    • If you live in the Condos and have no room to set up tables, please set up on central grassy area.

    • If you live in the Cottages, Villas or Townhomes, feel free to spread out on the grass of your common areas.

    • “No Parking on Grass” signs will go up throughout the community.

  • If you would like to donate any of your worthy items that have not sold, please click here and we’ll let you know the final arrangements:*

  • One tip to having a successful sale... Make it fun!
    Have some music playing. Bake some cookies or have some
    cold water for folks if it's a hot day.
