  • RESTRICTIONS

    The Fox Hill Community Centre is a "No Smoking" & "No Bottles" Zone.

    Absolutely NO NAILS, TACKS, STAPLES, OR TAPE are to be used on the walls.

    Please DO NOT drag tables or chairs across the floor and wipe up any spills immediately.

    CLEANING THE GRAND HALL CONSISTS OF:

    • Disposal of debri including food and drink bottles and can in the receptable at the rear of the building.
    • Cleaning the floor sweeping and mopping ALL AREAS USED.
    • Remove All Decor
    • Let caterers and/ or decorators make arrangements to pick up items as soon as possible.
    • Failure to comply with any of the above can result in a Deduction or Loss of your Security Deposit.

    THE RULES FOR THE CENTRE / HALL ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    1. The cost for functions such as Wedding Receptions, Parties, Banquets and Family Reunions, etc. is $1,500.00 Plus a $300.00 Deposit. A $200.00 cost for cleaning is also included. Payment methods can be one-time or installments; however balances must be paid in full at least 2 weeks BEFORE the event. We will not allow set up by decorators, caterers or any other person until ALL payments are paid in full.

    2. We only reserve the date of the event when the security deposit is paid. We do not reserve/hold dates without the security deposit. If you decide to cancel after 4 weeks of booking, a 30% cancellation fee applies. There is no additional cost if you need to reschedule or change the date. However, we require you to notify us immediately to ensure the new date is available

                    • 4. The rental hours are as follows:

                      • All rentals are for 5 hours 
                        (30 minute grace period at the discretion of the Hall manager only).
                      • All functions (Wedding Receptions in particular) should begin no later than 6PM.
                      • Functions should end by 11:30PM
                      • Events that require setting up the day before will incurr a $250.00 fee.
                      • Rental Tme will not be extended for late start. Penalties will apply.
                      • All items and equipment must be collected from the property within 24 hours after the function. We do not provide a storage facility. Items left after 24 hours will affect Security Deposit as additional charges will be incurred. Loss of items left beyond 24 hours is the sole responsibility of the renter.
