CHANGE OF DATE, TIME/DELAYS OR VENUE
Francesca must be notified in writing of any changes in the schedule or location, at least one week prior to the scheduled event date. A confirmation of receipt and approval of changes will be communicated in writing. Francesca has the right to deny the amendments if vastly different from the original agreement.
JUNTO Ceremini Package: The ceremony is to start on time. Allow yourself & notify guests to plan ample time to navigate weather & downtown Toronto traffic +parking. Fees of $150 will be applied for every additional 15 min block if the start time is so late that Francesca is delayed past the 30 min alloted for the ceremony. It is understood that Francesca may need to leave to fullfill other contractual commitments.
in the event of the add on package
FULL Wedding Package: The ceremony is to start within 15 minutes of what is written in the contract. Either the ceremony will begin following the 15 minute buffer or a fee of $200 for each additional 15min will be applied if the start time is so late that Francesca is delayed past the 45 minutes alloted for the ceremony. It is understood that Francesca may need to leave to fullfill other contractual commitments.
CANCELLATION
Your date is saved once the signed contract is received. The invoice shall be sent to Junto Studio within 24 hours upon receipt. Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice. Payment not received within 24 hours of receiving the invoice shall be subject to late penalties & your day may be released. There shall be no refund of the wedding ceremony fees. Should your contract wedding date be cancelled for any reason it must be in writing and you may be given the chance to reschedule but cannot be pushed ahead of other reserved clients. A rebooking fee may be required to hold your new spot. Extenuating circumstances & individual situations may waive some of these conditions based upon Francesca's discrection.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES CLAUSE/SUBSTITUTION
If Francesca cannot perform this agreement for any "emergency" then she will do her best to find a suitable replacement and/or return any money paid by the client.
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED, READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT'S CONTENTS.
