Bénévolat pour le Folkfest / Volunteering for Folkfest Festival

Cette année, le Folkfest Festival se tiendra du 15 au 17 août pour célébrer son 45e anniversaire. Nous participons avec notre pavillon francophone, situé à l'école canadienne-française Pavillon Gustave Dubois. Nous avons besoin de nombreux bénévoles pendant ces trois jours pour assurer le bon déroulement des activités.

Si vous souhaitez participer et vous impliquer dans la communauté, veuillez remplir ce formulaire. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir pour ensemble faire rayonner la francophonie!

This year, the Folkfest Festival will be held from August 15th to 17th to celebrate its 45th anniversary. We are participating with our Francophone pavilion located at the French-Canadian school Pavillon Gustave Dubois. We need many volunteers during these three days to ensure the smooth running of activities.

- Chaque bénévole aura un ticket pour le snacks et boissons gratuites./ Each volunteer will have a ticket for snack and free drinks.
- Les bénévoles s'engageant pour toute la journée recevront un passeport pour le Folkfest /Volunteers committing to the whole day will receive a Folkfest passport
- Chaque bénévole devra signer une charte de bonne conduite. Nous vous informerons sur les consignes de sécurité à mettre en vigueur en cas de problèmes et sur le déroulement de vos missions. / Each volunteer must sign a charter of good conduct. We will inform you about the safety instructions to follow in the event of problems and about the progress of your missions.
- Merci d'arriver 15 min avant votre créneau horaire. / Please arrive 15 min before your time slot.
- Si vous avez un empêchement, merci de nous prévenir le plus tôt possible. / If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible.
