Nonprofit Booth Guidelines

Nonprofit and community organization booths at this event are intended for public education, outreach, and connecting with attendees. Sales are not permitted at nonprofit booths. Donations and sign-ups are welcome.

The following are strictly prohibited at booths: prepared food or beverages, edible samples, alcohol, tattoos/body art, piercings, raffles/drawings/games of chance, ticket sales, and partisan political campaigning.

Organizations that do not follow these guidelines may be removed from the event without refund, at the discretion of the organizers.

Sales are allowed only for lawful products/services and are the sole responsibility of the vendor. The following are strictly prohibited at booths: prepared food or beverages, edible samples, tattoos/body art, piercings, alcohol, raffles/drawings/games of chance, and ticket sales. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, permits, and tax requirements. Any violation of event rules or applicable law may result in immediate removal without refund, at the discretion of the organizers.
