Please keep in mind that I create original designs inspired by your ideas! I do not replicate or copy other artists’ designs. Any photos provided are used as reference only. I will use them to understand your preferred colors, themes, and vibe, but I do not offer 1:1 replicas! Every set is a hand-painted, original interpretation in my own artistic style ✨ If any part of a requested design is not doable, I will always reach out to discuss adjustments so we can create a set you'll love! ☺️

Please Note: Since every set is 100% hand-painted, please expect slight variations in color and design placement. These aren't factory-printed—they are original pieces of art, which means your set will be a unique, one-of-a-kind creation!

Any changes must be requested before final design confirmation so we can make sure your order comes out perfect! Please be aware that design changes may affect final pricing.

Order Accuracy

I want your nails to be perfect! In order for me to be able to do so, please double-check ALL order details, and shipping or pick-up information before submitting. To make sure we're on the same page, I personally confirm all order details with you before I begin creating!  However, you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your measurements (Universal or Custom). If you're between sizes, I recommend sizing up.

Made to Order & Final Sale

Your purchase is 100% made-to-order! Meaning I don't start creating until your order is placed ☺️ Because of this, and hygiene and safety concerns, all orders are Final Sale and I do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATION EXCEPTION

I’m committed to getting your orders into your hands as fast as possible! To keep the studio flow moving, all orders have a 24-hour cancellation window. I’ll happily refund your payment if you need to cancel within that time. However, once your order has been in the system for over a day, All Sales Are Final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. 💕

Payment & Reservations 

Since all sets are Made-to-Order, they are accepted on a First-Come, First-Served Basis!

Original Designs (Universal Sizing): Full Payment is required upfront! Once I review the order, I will send you an invoice. All sales are final! No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for all Custom Orders to secure your spot on my calendar and cover the initial design planning. This deposit will be subtracted from your final total! Once the final design is confirmed, I will send an invoice with the remaining balance your way. Please Note: Full payment is required for me to start creating your set(s)! 

Processing & Shipping

Domestic Shipping: Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within a 2 week time frame! Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days but these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. I will send you your order confirmation and tracking number once your order is sent out!

Once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Frequency Freakz is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the order is with the carrier! If anything comes up, please reach out with a photo within 48 hours and I’ll happily help you navigate the next steps! 📦✨

 

Health & Safety

I take great care to create high-quality, handcrafted sets with love. However, Frequency Freakz is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damage to your natural nails. Please apply and remove your nails correctly to keep your natural nails healthy—remember, never rip or force them off! Your nail beds will thank you. ✨

Adhesives: I provide professional-grade Nail Glue (Ethyl Cyanoacrylate) and Adhesive Tabs. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies to adhesives or acrylics, please perform a patch test before a full application! If you have a reaction, discontinue use immediately. If you're sensitive to adhesives, feel free to use your own preferred glue or adhesive tabs. Do not apply to irritated, broken, or infected skin!

Materials: All sets are created using professional-grade gel products. Please be mindful that intricate 3D elements (like gems and charms) are raised from the nail surface. To ensure safety, keep all nails, adhesives, and packaging out of reach of children and pets, as small parts can pose a choking hazard. Please keep nails away from heat or open flames. 🛡️✨

If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or signs of an allergic reaction, please remove the products immediately and consult a medical professional. Your safety is the priority!

Care & Wear

Nail longevity varies based on prep, application, and lifestyle! To get the most out of your set, please remember that nails are jewels, not tools. Treat them gently to avoid lifting or damage. Frequency Freakz is not responsible for wear, lifting, or breakage after delivery. I want your set to last! If you’re having trouble with your application or need some advice, I’m always happy to share tips if you need them. 🤗 

Privacy

I hate spam as much as you do! Your info is only used to make your order happen. Your personal information is used only for communication, order processing, and shipping. I will never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without your permission! Your information is kept secure and used solely to get your Frequency Freakz sets from my desk to your door. 🔒💕
