Privacy Policy
1. Age Requirement: By placing an order or submitting a consultation form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. My shop, forms, and services are strictly for adults. I reserve the right to decline service, cancel orders, and delete data if an order is placed by a minor without authorization.
2. Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service, decline custom design requests, or terminate orders at my sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, harassment, refusal to follow shop guidelines, or unreasonable scope creep (such as demanding constant design changes, extra nail art, or rush turnaround beyond what was agreed upon without paying for additions). If an order is canceled or terminated due to policy violations, design disagreements, or non-cooperation after consultation, digital drafting, or sizing kit fulfillment has taken place, any deposits or payments submitted will be retained to cover spent administrative time, design consultation labor, and physical materials.
3. Creative Control:
- Original Work: I create original designs inspired by your ideas! I do not replicate or copy other artists’ designs. Any inspo photos provided are used as reference only to understand your vibe, but I do not offer 1:1 replicas. Every set is a hand-painted, original interpretation in my own artistic style.
- Adjustments: If any part of a requested design is not doable, I will reach out to discuss adjustments so we can create a set you'll love!
- Handmade Variations: Since every set is 100% hand-painted, please expect slight variations in color and design placement. They are original pieces of art, which means your set will be a unique one-of-a-kind creation.
4. No-Cancellation Policy & Non-Refundable Deposits
All orders are placed into a single production queue and fulfilled strictly in the exact order payment is received.
- No Cancellations: Once payment has been submitted, orders cannot be canceled by the buyer for any reason.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits for custom sets are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This deposit protects my creative labor, time spent communicating, digital draft creation, and physical materials (such as sizing kits). If a buyer abandons their order, stops responding, or refuses to complete the design process, the deposit is forfeited and will not be returned.
- Full Payment Required: Once custom design drafts and measurements are finalized, your deposit is applied toward your total, and an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. Creation begins only after full payment is cleared.
5. Sizing & Fit Responsibility
- Mandatory Sizing: Accurate sizing is strictly required. For custom orders, using a sizing kit (or approved sizing verification method) is mandatory before set production begins.
- No Refunds for Incorrect Fit: You are strictly responsible for providing accurate measurements. If you are between sizes, sizing up is recommended. Frequency Freakz Press is not responsible for sets that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client. No refunds, exchanges, or remakes will be issued for fitting issues.
7. Adhesives & Allergies: Prep kits include professional-grade nail glue containing Ethyl Cyanoacrylate. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to adhesives, acrylics, or cyanoacrylates, DO NOT use the included adhesives. Frequency Freakz Press is not liable for allergic reactions, skin contact issues, or medical expenses. If you have known sensitivities and wish to use your own preferred glue or adhesive tabs, it is your responsibility to request the removal of adhesives from your prep kit on your consultation form or note at checkout. Due to the custom, hand-painted nature of press-on nails and strict hygiene/sanitation standards, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances once payment has been submitted.
