Evaluation Process
Our evaluation process is conducted online, virtually. To take part, kindly submit your highlight videos to our evaluation team for assessment. The team will carefully review the videos, considering player credentials such as the team played for and location. They will conduct thorough research and may reach out to you for additional information if needed.
- Returning players do not need to submit videos for evaluation.
- New player applications will only be reviewed upon receipt of a minimum of five highlight videos by the evaluation team.
- Please send the videos to nhlkidshighlights@gmail.com, specifying the jersey color and number worn by your child for easy identification on the ice.
- Highlight videos should capture a few minutes of game footage showing your child in action during gameplay, offering insight into their performance during matches rather than just at skills clinics.
- Creating video montages is always appreciated, showcasing the effort and dedication put in by parents. (Not required)
These highlight videos play a crucial role in the draft process, aiding general managers in visualizing and ranking players as they prepare for the draft. We look forward to seeing your skills and potential!

A non-refundable deposit of $55 is required for all players upon registration.
Registrations without a deposit will not be accepted.
If your application is declined by the evaluation team, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $25 administration fee through your initial payment method.
