    • About the commission process

      After sending this form I will write you back as soon as possible via email or drop a message in your DMs!

      - Once I approved of your commission request, I will email you to make sure everything is all right.
      - I take full payment before starting the commission, you will be informed about the price beforehand.
      - After the payment is sent and received, I will start working on the sketch. After the sketch is finished, I will send it to you via email, or the platform we agreed to continue on.

      For updates, you can also check my Trello, where I label the commissions by stages, and where you can also see the queue.

      The steps of my commissions usually are:

      - 3D modelling (if needed)

      - Sketching process, might take a while to get the composition, character, scene, mood and details right. So the sketch will usually have 2 or 3 stages from rough to clean. I will not do more then 3 different compositions, if you changed your mind about it, and you already agreed to it, I will charge you an additional fee. If is a misunderstanding on my part, you will not be charged. You will get an update at every stage of sketching, I will ask you a lot of questions. I will get to the other stages after you fully approved of the sketch.

      - Linework or cleaning process, here I will do all the details. It will take longer than the sketching and cannot be changed that easily.
      - Grayscale or flat coloring process. Grayscale is when I will do the full drawing in shades of gray, the colors will be added later, this stage cannot be changed. Coloring process is when I will add the flat colors, this stage allows changes.
      - Shading and detailing. Here I will add the shadows and lighting, continuing with adding more details. No more changes!
      - Overpaint and finishing.

      You will get an update at every stage (depends on the commission type)
      The finished piece will be sent to you as a PNG, in an WeTransfer link, email, or discord

      • You need to be +18 to commission art from me
      • By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions:

      ⚠️These are the things that I don't draw:
      children in a sexual way, bestiality, pedophilia, diapers, zoophilia, scat ,nsfw feral, political, hyper body parts (please ask)

      • I don't work with AI or NFTs.
      • I take the full payment before I start the drawing (only on PayPal or Ko-fi)
      • My commissions are for personal use only, but you can ask for Commercial use.
      • Usually the commission will be done in 2 to 3 weeks or more (the client will be informed if so).
      Depends on the complexity of the commission.
      If is a small commission, like an icon or a chibi, it will be done in 3 days.
      If is a fully rendered illustration that will take more than a week or two.
      • Please give details about your commission and photo references.
      • If you need the commission to be done in a short period of time please tell me! (If you need a big commission to be done the next day or the next 2 days I will charge you +100€.)
      • By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
      • I can change my prices without notice, even if you have a reserved slot on my list, so please keep that in mind. My slots are reserved only by completing the form; no payment is needed. I usually go by first-come first first-served, but I can also choose commissions by simplicity, or interest.
      • I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
      • I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
      • In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.

      Refund
      -If I didn't start the commission, the refund will be 100%.
      -If I start the sketch and send it to you, the refund will be 80%.
      -If the commission is almost finished, the refund will be 40%.
      -If I finished the commission and sent you the full file, after you received the update,s and you didn't specify that you need a refund or you can't pay the full payment, you get no refund.
      -If it was a problem on my part, you will get 50% or 80% (depending on the problem) of the refund.

      Commercial use
      • The minimum price increases 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
      • The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
      • For reproducing and selling my art as in merch, the price will increase by 300%
      • For more commercial use info and pricing please write me in private.
