  • Friends of Castaic Lake is proud to host our 31st Annual Winter Magic event, a beloved community tradition that brings over 750 guests together each year for a festive evening at the lake. This year, we are excited to expand the experience by introducing our Boutique Craft Fair, featuring a curated selection of handmade goods, unique gifts, and talented artisans. We look forward to creating a magical and memorable event for both our vendors and guests.

    LOCATION:32132 CASTAIC LAKE DRIVE, CASTAIC, CA 91384 - Lower Lake

    EVENT DATE & TIME: SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2026 

    SETUP TIME: VENDORS CAN BEGIN SETUP ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5 AT 11:00 AM

    ENTRY FEE: $50 PER 10' x 10' SPACE.

    Fine Craft Requirements
     

    • The Fine Craft Show accepts handmade or hand-embellished products by the vendor. Non-handmade components (stones, hardware, frames, etc.) are acceptable.
    • Upon approval, a small percentage of alternate items may be permitted but must be listed on the application.
    • Mass-produced or commercial products are NOT eligible.
    • Event Staff will evaluate all booths to ensure product quality, presentation, and fulfillment of the handmade requirement. Failure to comply may result in removal from the show.
    • Vendor space is open to fine arts, fine crafts, photography, and select unique gift items.
    • Vendors must supply a current resale number. To obtain a resale number at no cost, call the State Board of Equalization at (818) 904-2300.
       

     Set-Up & Breakdown
     

    • Vendors may begin set-up on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
    • Booths must be fully set up by 1:00 pm. The event begins at 3:00 pm.
    • Outdoor canopies must be properly weighted or sandbagged. Event Staff will inspect all canopies; failure to comply will result in removal from the show.
       

     Vendor Parking

    • Vendors will receive parking instructions two weeks prior to the show.
    • Unloading is allowed from designated zones only. Vehicles must be moved to vendor-designated parking immediately after unloading.
    • A map of parking areas will be provided to all vendors.
       

    Displays
     

    • Booth spaces are approximately 10 feet wide x 10 feet deep.
    • Friends of Castaic Lake provides limited inventory of tables, chairs, canopies, weights, and stakes. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
      Floor-length table coverings are required.
    • Displays must be clean, orderly, and professional. Backstock, boxes, packing materials, and bags must be stored out of sight.
       

    Notifications & Payments
     

    • Vendors will be notified of acceptance within one week of submitting an application.
    • Payment is due within one week of notification.
    • No applications will be accepted past November 10, 2026.


    Payment Options:

    • Check or Money Order: Payable to Friends of Castaic Lake, P.O. Box 6, Castaic, CA 91384. Include “Winter Magic” and your business name in the notes.
    • Credit Card: Payments can be made electronically.
       
      No payments will be accepted past November 19, 2026.
